The Swiss web agency Pro Web Consulting and the brand of Mondadori will present at the next IAB Forum 2015 a “tasty” case history to say the least. The title of the dedicated workshop is “The kitchen challenge won by Salepepe.it. SEO, the secret ingredient for a perfect recipe” and is to be held on December 2nd, from 3 pm.
Since April 2014, Salepepe.it, the first food portal by Mondadori, authoritative from the content of the Sale&Pepe magazine, has seen the number of visits go from zero to 2.4 million a month (Source: Google Analytics, September 2015), which is about 1.4 million unique monthly users (source: Audiweb View – Total Digital Audience September 2015) and over 17,400 keywords ranked in search engine results (Source: Sistrix, October 2015).
In an industry such as the one of food, competition is broad and consolidated – how were such results achieved? With a joint effort of the team at Salepepe.it and Pro Web Consulting, that worked as true partners rather than in a classic customer-provider manner. Preliminary study and synergy made it possible to prepare everything in perfect shape: the various teams, from business to marketing, from IT to product development, from SEO to UX, worked side by side from the very first steps of the project.
